6th International Sculpture Symposium

Heraklion Crete Island 2011

A way to see the empty space is to reverse it with the filled space.

The symposium took place at Venerato of Heraklion in Crete island. The material i had to work was a white local stone.

This work is a representation of a small society such as the ant's society. I did a survey in the way the ant choose to build their home, their avenues, their warehouses and, of course, the particular space their queen lives.

"Antnest" is now in a canyon in Crete. A small society is now living in to a big society.
